Will there be any wristbands if you pre order a book at Borders?

Borders are giving the wristbands out at 9 a.m on August 1st
From what I’ve heard, you have to preorder the book, then show up early the morning of Friday to get the wristband, otherwise you won’t be allowed in for the midnight release. : /
