Sweet Sixteen DIY wristbands?

any suggestions on materials or unique processes?

some blank plastic snap bracelets with enough space on them where i can write a short message would be perfect. i just dont know where it find stuff like that or a certain pen that wouldn’t wash off.

Use a silver sharpie on the black bracelets.
Or anyother color use silver or black sharpies.
