The wristbands use a form of acupuncture. We put them on my 4-yr old daughter whenever we drive long distances and they seem to work for her. Without them, she’s throwing up her breakfast and lunch in the backseat of our car. But, you must put them on at least an hour prior to the travel time.

My15-year-old son has a problem with motion sickness. We bought him some of these wristbands and they solved his problem on a long boat journey no problems.

Best to put them on an hour or so before you travel.

Before I got them I had trouble going a couple of miles by bus or car. Now I can travel any distance and often go on coach tours. I can also travel on boats which was impossible before. I’ve never flown so can’t say how good they are on planes but can’t see why they should be any different.
